The Stalls are the only level with step-free access and can be reached via our entrance on King Street. Please note that this entrance is on a hill leading down towards the river, and the road is cobbled with a slope. On arrival, please ring the bell to the right-hand side of the door and a member of staff will be sent to assist you. Please be aware the auditorium opens 30 minutes prior to the show; we recommend wheelchair users and any other access patrons who require immediate seating arrive no earlier than this. There are 6 wheelchair spaces available in Stalls at the end of rows H, M, N and R, plus transfer to seat spaces on rows G, N and R. All wheelchair positions must be requested at the time of booking, including any additional companion seat/s. If you intend to visit with a motorised mobility wheelchair/scooter, please call our access team prior to booking to check the best location. We have an accessible entrance on King Street which leads to an accessible toilet and also the stalls. The auditorium opens 30 minutes prior to the show so we do recommend all access patrons arrive for this time if they would like to go straight to seat.
