Good
Limited downstairs only access to house. We just used the tearoom and accessed it via a different door and a tight doorway to the actual tea room. This is a very old house so it is understandable that access is not the best. The staff however bent over backwards to accommodate us. Couldn't take a photo of the accessible toilet which is in a hut in the garden due to the long queue. The outdoor flooring is ancient bricks and a little uneven.

Plenty of seats around to take a rest. Access was tight for a powerchair and the brick paving is a little uneven for those unsteady on their feet.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
This is on a main road and if you are a Blue Badge holder you can hopefully park somewhere on the road. We had left our car in the town car park as it is not far but ended up having to travel in the road partly as there are narrow pavements and bollards to avoid. Not for the faint hearted!

Too big a queue for the toilet to get near but it is in a hut in the garden. Don't know what its like.
Staff
Excellent
The staff , mainly volunteers were all very quick to help and provide solutions, even moving some furniture to allow a straight run to the tearoom doorway.
Additional Information
Plenty of second hand books for sale and a few jigsaws and some honey. There is a ramp available to access the bookshop.
