An amazing hotel. The ADA (accessible) rooms are bigger than at most central Manhattan hotels, and ours had a a good sized wetroom (which I made clear when booking was essential) and a sink in a recess outside the bathroom, which proved useful as one of us could be using the basin while the other was in the shower. We had 2 queen sized beds and there was still plenty of floor space to manoeuvre a wheelchair. Can't comment on the bed height as my chair elevates. And I'm not sure if the doors were wider than standard. The room had a desk and a large TV. The reception desks were at a reasonable height for those in wheelchairs. There were about 10 good sized lifts that take you to all floors. The only issue is they can get very busy at certain times of the day, as the hotel is huge, so sometimes there is a slight wait. There is a Starbucks in the entrance of the hotel, which was very convenient, and of course you only have to come out of the entrance, turn left, walk for about 30 seconds, and you are in Times Square. It is quite an expensive hotel, but I would pay to stay there again knowing that the staff are all friendly and helpful, and that my needs are going to be met.

Level access at front entrance. Shuttle service permitted to drop us off right at the door. Approx. 10 lifts of good size. But during busy times, you may have to wait a few minutes for a lift.

Transfers to/from airport booked separately with Supershuttle (amazing service).
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Situated near the reception. Good size. Able to get a wheelchair user and carer in. Clean.
Staff
Excellent
Fantastic service with a smile. Very accommodating, letting us into our room almost an hour early. House-keeping staff were also brilliant. They cleaned and tidied our room without moving meds and equipment.

I recommend and can't wait to do a return visit.
