An annoying visit

Poor
Nothing in this store screams accessibility, other than the automatic entrance doors.
Disabled Access In and Around
Bad
I did not notice if there was a lift to the second floor (although I assume there is) as I spent the entire time I was in the store trying to navigate through rails of clothing that were impossible to go through without re-arranging them or pushing them at least 1ft out of the way. My wheelchair got stuck on every single clothing rack (and any clothing that hung down) that I passed and this was incredibly frustrating for me as I couldn't turn around anywhere and just had to persist in moving forward just so I could exit the store. If you are in a wheel/power chair of any sort, I would not even attempt to visit this store as the only area I could access with ease was the entrance.
Accessible facilities: Step-free entrance
Parking & Transport
Excellent
I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There is a large, dedicated carpark in the retail park where New Look is located and it contains numerous disabled parking bays, general and parent & child spaces alongside EV charging spots. There are links to public bus services a short distance away on foot and this is fairly easily accessed by wheelchair users with dropped kerbs and waiting islands available.
Accessible facilities: Electric Vehicle Charging, Dedicated on-site parking
Accessible Toilets
I am not aware of any public bathroom facilities being available at this store.
Staff
Average
There was a small number of staff milling around the store and not once was I offered any assistance on my visit, especially when I was stuck and in full view of everyone in said store. I was very irritated, embarrassed and uncomfortable from the get-go.
