Overall Rating
Good
Internally the hotel is very accessible set in lovely extensive grounds with good catering. Unfortunately I somehow was allocated a bedroom with a shower that I could not use. As I booked over the phone I cannot remember what was agreed so maybe my fault.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Level access throughout with lifts between floors. The grounds are also wheelchair friendly every where.
Parking & Transport
Average
Parking is extensive with disabled spaces near the entrance. I rely on public transport but no bus gets close so I used à taxi from where I live
Accessible Toilets
Average
As my bathroom didn't have a toilet with support bars and the lack of space I looked for disabled toilets in the public areas. The one nearest the function room was too small for me but I did found a useable one in the Spa.
Staff
Excellent
Friendly, helpful making my stay lovely.
Additional Information
Hand sanitiser throughout. Despite my problem with the bathroom I have made ánother booking iñ a different hotel with more than one wetroom as the overall experience was great.
