The Inn at South Stainley

have been coming to this pub for two and a half years. It is excellent for wheelchair access, and the staff are very helpful and supportive of people with impairments. The pub has a large accessible toilet for disabled customers, which can be accessed using a RADAR key. A RADAR key is available from behind the bar if required. If a disabled person is visiting on their own, the staff are happy to assist with opening doors, entering and leaving the pub, and accessing the accessible toilet. The food is very good, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to support customers with a range of different impairments, which makes it a great place to visit. I have also provided a beanbag tray for disabled people and those with impairments to use if they wish. It is kept behind the bar and is available for customers who need it. Even during busy periods, the staff remain professional, courteous, and helpful. They always do their best to assist customers as quickly as possible. Even when dealing with difficult or unreasonable customers, they remain calm, fair, and professional at all times.
