Good
Not a bad garden centre, set on the outskirts of Solihull, Birmingham. Bit confusing to find bays for the actual shop, so look carefully as you approach so as to find right way to the main entrance. Its a very large store throughout, some isles not giving enough room for wheelchairs, a bit congested in some spots, but a very good overall selection of items needed to make a pleasant shopping experience. We found quality of goods and plants to be very good, the cafe is large enough for the crowds who use it, small but easy enough seating outdoors when needed, but we did receive a lot of kind help and support off the cafe team. Its not the best of the many garden centres we have reviewed, but its got all you need.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
It’s flat enough to get into the centre, and level throughout, although some isles were rather tight, and needed a few turns to find best path.
Parking & Transport
Good
Easy enough to follow routes towards the garden centre, but finding the right lane to get near to the entrance seemed to confuse us, and we had to go round and round until we figured it out. Not that many disabled bays either, but all bays are close enough to entrance anyway.
Staff
Good
All seemed pleasant enough, but outstanding support from the team in the cafe, very helpful and supportative.
