Beuatiful view out to sea, with sunrise. Path through the site is tarmac with grass either side and then gravel pitches.

Cliff path walk towards Whitley Bay. Compressed gravel path which is nice and wide, and relatively flat.

Accessible pitch, surrounded by grass and on a bit of a hill.

Campsite with stunning views but very steep paths

I stayed on this site for 3 nights for a work trip, to enable me to visit an office in Newcastle. It was a good location but for a wheelchair user, travelling alone, it certainly wasn't an easy site. The site is on a steep slope which makes it difficult to get around but the views and the surrounding area are absolutely stunning! If you can get off the site, there are some easier walks along the cliff paths.
