Excellent
We visited here on our way out of Carlisle and it’s a great place. Fantastic cakes and meat products as well as fresh veg and take away milk. Cafe is through the shop and might be a bit tricky on a mobility scooter but I managed on my sticks. Fantastic staff and good menu. A bit pricey but they don’t skimp on the portions.

I agree with everything said here but would like to add that you need to be careful exiting the shop via the automatic door near the tills. It has a mind of its own and if it decides it's shutting. It's shutting. It'll knock you off your feet!!
