Nice bar but offputting disabled facilities New

Overview
They have a wide range of drinks at surprisingly affordable prices however as a disabled patron I firstly found that walking from my table to the toilets involved walking around the outside of the bar, well out of my way, because the tables are too close together for disabled access. Secondly, the disabled toilets are laughable. Having frequented this venue for years I’ve found on many occasions the disabled toilets to be a secondary broom cupboard with mop buckets blocking access to the bin. The bin itself has time-and-time-again been placed backwards within its caddy so the foot pedal doesn’t work and requires a LOT of handling to place anything into it. On this visit I found that the door lock had been drilled out and a hole large enough to view anyone sat in the loo in its place. On arrival I found myself seeing more than I wanted of the previous occupant and causing her great embarrassment. The door now doesn’t actually shut and swings open. There is no privacy for anyone using the toilet. The only other toilets in the building are up steep steps. The hand soap was also empty. All-in-all a place I’d suggest disabled people avoid.
