Good
From a distance it didn't appear accessible. Get up close and you find a colourful array of shops and a modern lift to take you to the different floors.

Good
Great access to the shops and eating places. You can spend ages just enjoying the different things to see in the knowledge that you can get in the door, move around the shops, and the people are very friendly.

People in the shops and cafes were very helpful.
