I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination, hearing, moving around, seeing, speaking or communicating and understanding.

Excellent
Library spread over 3 floors, but they have lift access to all floors, library is inside the pedestrian zone on Paisley high street, they have 23 pc's for public use, free WiFi, they can do printing for 10p a sheet for black and white, 30p for colour and free scanning. Currently outside seating is out of use but will hopefully be in use soon. Free phone charging points, plain carpets, so dementia friendly. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
