This station has automatic doors at entry,lowered sills at ticket office, helpful staff who will access a ramp in order to board the train; has a lift on all platforms, and good helpful staff who will assist your boarding the train and will call ahead to your destination to alert them to your arrival time and need for help in disembarking.

0No railway parking but public car parks close by.
Accessible Toilets
0They do have accessible toilets but I have never used them so cannot give a score.
Staff
Excellent
I find staff helpful and empathic. They encourage taking time to obtain correct tickets, at best price and will give information on any possible drawbacks eg the station for disembarking is unmanned, so the ticket collector on train would provide assistance, and will check re accessible exit. They are very informative of future restrictions eg prior booking was required to allow train journeys to Glasgow during Commonwealth Games where otherwise I can go to statiion without prior booking for assistance.
Additional Information
I regularly go by train to Largs, Ayr, etc and have no difficulty in accessing assistance, When on train can plug battery charger into train socket and charge my chair for duration of journey out or home an have plenty power for my chair. This gives the opportunity for taking a notion for something and just setting off, a lovely feeling when your life has to be so organised and pre planned as to be not worth the bother
