Disabled Access In and Around
Unable to get inside due to raised patio with no ramp. I am ambulant disabled so was able to access the coffee shop
Accessible Toilets
The customer toilet was in the restaurant and I was not allowed to use it because they were using the restaurant for an event.
Staff
Woman in coffee shop was very nice. Manager was polite but I was cross because I couldn't use the toilet.
Additional Information
If you are ambulant disabled or use a small scooter or a regular sized wheelchair try Cwtch Cafe just around the corner. If you are not ambulant disabled and you need the toilet in Cwtch the toilet isn't accessible. Se separate review.
