I emailed the venue - (Paradiso has several venues, this was for the Tolhuistuin - Club) in advance, telling them I can't stand for long. They said they would add a chair for me. When we got there, there was no specific accessible entrance or queue, so I had to sit near the queue and wait for someone to help. Eventually someone helped me use the service elevator. When we got to the actual show room, I was given a chair and told to place it wherever I want. As it was a standing gig, and we were not among the first people to enter (see above), I couldn't place the chair by the stage. Therefore, my view was pretty much none throughout the whole gig. Also, I felt like an inconvenience to people around me, and very self-conscious. Terrible experience.
