Overview
We visited during the Covid restrictions (Tier 2). We were happy with our accessible room which had a lovely view. With a mostly empty hotel, it seemed strange that the other room we needed was no nearer. Staff very helpful when we needed them. Normally the hotel would be much busier. Lots of hanging-out space which is really nice.
Transport & Parking
We got here by taxi - it would be a bit of a walk from the public bus. I don't know about the disabled parking.
Access
The main entrance has a large stairway but we could enter easily by a lift. Similarly we could move between floors easily by lift.
