We drove, there was disabled parking at the door

Access

It was on the ground floor, with no steps, and a short distance to the clinic The signage was minimal, however there was a reception desk who checked with everyone where they needed to go Again seating is an issue, down to a policy of removing seating during Covid, so I took the precaution of using my walking frame with a seat I didn't see alternative formats, however the reception staff were helpful and may be available

Toilets

I didn't use the toilets, however this is a very new building so I would suspect the accessible loos would be available and up to current standards

Staff

All very helpful and friendly. They ensured I had space to move, showed me to the first vaccination booth, and on the way out directed me with support through the shortest way.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

They had hand sanitizers at obvious points, which were at accessible heights for all plus face masks as required. The entrance area was wide and well ventilated. I would go back there
