Popeyes is Lousiana-style fried chicken and I gotta say this is my new favourite chicken fast food. Delicious. The store feels bright and spacious, it got quite busy but the turnover is fast and we got a table straight away.
Disabled Access In and Around

The doors are not automatic- if you struggle with doors you'd need a fellow diner to open them for you. Once inside it does feel clean and spacious - and very much free of that tacky plastic feeling you get in most fast food chains. The menu is touch screen. You habe to reach quite high for some points. I noticed payment machines at the service portal so I would hope their team could take your order there if required. You can grab a table number and find a table. The tables are fixed, and a few booths, but loads of chairs are movable to make it more accessible. I did see a wheelchair user in the restaurant at a table, but i couldn't tell if they were ok with the table height - seemed ok?

The store is on Princes Street so double yellow lines. But the area is well-served by trams and buses. Very pedestrianised area.

The loo is quite big and nicely decorated... but - the sliding door seriously needs a date with some WD40 - I struggled to open and close it. Lots of room to turn around once in. Good amount of room to (left si de)transfer - however, the red cord is dangling right in the way! You'd have to lift it over your head first. It was quite hard getting my hand under the soap dispenser as it was very close to the sink. A shame as the loo looks quite lovely, fresh and new- but not being able to easily close the sliding door and then accidentally pulling the red cord and not being able to soap your hands.. I hope they can sort this, no one wants to have to take a friend to the loo to help you!

It's all self service really. You can pick your food up or have it delivered to your table. I didn't really engage with anyone there, it was a very fleeting "hi!" as food delivered.
