Went there today to return a book that didn't have the info I wanted. Chap who sold it to me not only took it back, but spent about half and hour looking for a better book and ordering it for me, and wrote everything down because I have only 30% hearing and can't lipread if people are masked. This guy is worth his weight in gold! Look out for him - about 5' 7", stocky, curly light brown hair and beard.

There is a lift to all floors, although it isn't particularly deep so might not work for longer wheelchairs. Is an accessible loo at the back of the top floor where the cafe is. Staff were very helpful.
