Overview

I love this place, excellent food every time. Welcoming staff and a good accessible toilet on the ground floor. Only one table I can fit my wheelchair under but it is electric and relatively high as it has a riser and tilt in space function. Still the staff are happy to reserve that one table for me ! Good for breakfast nice atmosphere for reading the newspapers on a Sunday. Very good cocktails too.

Transport & Parking

Relatively frequent buses to the town centre during the day. Large car park two seconds away and parking on the road right outside with a blue badge

Access

Very easy ramp access step free. Acoustics not great, quite loud.

Toilets

Accessible toilet on the ground floor which the staff will open for you if it’s locked not huge but pretty good size. No changing places

Staff

Very good and always welcoming, ready to help quietly.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

It would be good if they had more than one table that wheelchairs could fit under easily. It’s always a problem in restaurants, as a lot of restaurants have pedestal tables -I wish more restaurants would take note of the fact that Wheelchairs need tables with four legs! Still the staff here always try and fit me in with the one table I can use and it’s worth the wait as the food and the atmosphere very good
