good size rooms, would benefit from being renovated to remove obstacles. great staff
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
ramped access to main reception, would benefit from a lowered section on the desk. staff friendly and when we required extra beds for the disabled rooms as they were all doubles erected camp beds without a fuss. the booking site could benefit from a stipulation that alll rooms be on the same floor was very busy during the visit and they rearranged our party efficiently. there is no lift to higher floors
Parking & Transport
Bad
easy to find. though there are 3 areas to park there are too few disabled spaces proportionately to normal spaces, staff allowed me to park straddling two normal spaces. premier inn do not own the carpark as i is part of the adjacent pub

could benefit from wet floor showers
