Before booking this hotel for can over night stop I had checked with Premier Inn that the room was accessible. I was told it was. The room was accessible but the bathroom wasn't. Yes I could get into the bathroom and there were lots of grab rails. But the shower was over the bath. I am in a wheelchair. There was no way I could use the shower. We complained at reception but there was no alternative. Lesson learned - when Premier Inn say a room is accessible check about the bathroom too.
