Accessible rooms dreadful

The staff were lovely and it is a nice location, but as for the accessible rooms, forget it if you are in a wheelchair. The accessible rooms are tiny and I couldn't get past the end of the bed in my wheelchair. The bathroom was tiny too. The lovely chap in reception immediately put us in another room, which turned out to be as small, but we didn't have to ask to move again, so my husband had to move the bed. As all the staff we met were all so lovely, we didn't want to make a fuss. I emailed the hotel manager 3 times, yet they haven't had the decency to reply at all. The guy on the generic guest relations number was verging on rude. Ironic as Premier Inns are normally so good. One of our favourites is the one at Paddington basin. Their accessible rooms are brilliant
