Overall Rating

Good

A good priced hotel with helpful staff and several accessible rooms.

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

Level access with sliding doors to reception. Accessible rooms spacious although access into bathroom a little tight. Sliding door to bathroom.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

Disabled parking at entrance to hotel. Easy driving access at edge of City.

Accessible Toilets

Good

Large accessible bathroom with grab rails. Not all accessible rooms have roll in showers so request on booking.

Staff

Good

Staff assisted in constructing hired hoist and had raised bed on request so hoist would fit under.

Additional Information

Can book online & request accessible room, but suggest ringing ahead to make any special arrangements needed. Busy hotel, had requested earlier check-in but on arrival told room not free until 2. Good value hotel.
