Excellent
The rooms were typically Premier Inn, but the staff really stood out for me. I was staying solo with my guide dog and the team were very happy to help, showing me to my room and walking me across the car park to the Crown Inn, where I had dinner and breakfast.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
There are accessible rooms available on the ground floor,and it is step free access. Be aware the front door of the hotel and pub is not automatic. Everything in the accessible room was at a good height for a wheelchair user (hangers, lower bed, temperature control etc.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Large parking areas with disabled parking near to the hotel reception door and pub opposite.
Accessible Toilets
Good
In the accessible room there were plenty of grab rails and the sink can be reached from the toilet with ease. Be aware there was a bath, which I know can be challenging for some conditions.
Staff
Excellent
I saw several staff during my 1 night visit and all were very eager to help, guiding me to my room and across to the adjacent pub for dinner/breakfast.
Additional Information
This Premier Inn has really good access to the main roads passing St Neots e.g. A1, despite these being close, certainly my room was quiet (5) and I slept with the window open.
