This is a most charming pub just off the roundabout at Eaton Socon, near St Neots. Facilities Handy amenities to make sure you have a great time. Here’s what you can expect when you visit The Crown: • Disabled Facilities • Dog Friendly • Family Friendly • Beer Garden • WiFi • EV Charging • Car Park • Coaches Accepted Of all the facilities the one which was of the most interest to me was Disabled Facilities as I am a wheelchair-user. There is step-free access and very helpful staff. I did not need to use the toilet facilities but I understand they were available. I was staying at the adjacent Premier Inn for a long weekend celebrating my son’s 60th birthday. I was a little apprehensive to begin with as I was using my manual chair and I am accustomed to my power-chair. I need not have worried as I received the warmest and friendliest of welcomes by Karen, a wonderful lady who fully understood my needs. I have certain dietary needs which were amply catered for. I went there each morning for my breakfast and could have eaten much more if I had wished to. Gluten free bread/toast was available as standard if required. I had the continental breakfast which was quite enough for me, but I could have had a full cooked breakfast if I had wished. There is a very extensive menu to suit all tastes for both cooked breakfast and continental breakfast prepared by Caroline and served by Karen and Sue. Dietary requirements catered for. Despite it being an extremely busy weekend, especially on the Monday which was a Bank Holiday, Karen was most attentive and catered for every one of my needs. I hope that I will be able to visit again next time I am down from Scotland, I enjoyed my visit so much. Thank you Karen Caroline & Sue!!
