Excellent
This hotel is ideal for disabled people. The staff are ultra friendly, anything you ask (and believe me I asked some dumb questions - blame it on my stroke!) is attended to immediately. I was travelling on my own in a wheelchair and I requested a disabled friendly room with a shower and do you know that's exactly what I got.

Parking & Transport
Excellent
there is a disabled car parking next to the hotel. If you are ablebodied there is no carparking and you have to use public carparking. This means there is the temptation to use the disabled spaces. When I arrived on the first night there wasn't any disabled spaces left and the car park was full of illegal cars. When I complained the next morning all the illegal cars had gone!
