Getting into the store was fine but once inside its hard work to get around.

Good
Getting into the store was fine with wide open entrances and level access. Once inside I found it difficult, as a wheelchair user, to see beyond the displays around me. Some of the aisles were quite narrow and more than once I had to about turn as they were blocked with discarded clothes on the floor. It was hard to see the direction signs and finding the lift was a challenge. There were two lifts and they are fairly large but not big enough to turn once inside if you have a large powerchair. The store is extremely popular and does get very busy.
Parking & Transport
0Primark is on Oxford Street, one of London's busiest streets.
Additional Information
A good place to shop if you're looking for value but you have to work at it as a wheelchair user. Not a place to go if you don't like crowds and tightly packed aisles.
