Overview
I did 2 escape rooms prior to this one one we escaped (and one we didn’t) but this one was definitely the most challenging one we’ve done so far. We did the AI Apocalypse room, which was a sit down escape room. Great fun! Both of the escape rooms were wheelchair accessible though. We didn’t quite escape but were really close to escaping. I booked this as a birthday treat for myself to do with my mum and 2 PA’s, it was challenging but good fun to work our brains solving the various puzzles in the room. When we looked on the website all of the slots were taken for my birthday but after making contact with us they opened up another slot for us. It’s always worth making contact with places because they can open up slots for you.
Transport & Parking
There’s 5 parking spaces outside the venue, not specifically designated as disabled parking but spaces were big enough for a Peugeot boxer van.
Access
There’s a ramp into the venue but is otherwise flat inside. I found it difficult to see some of the items on the table and therefore found it difficult to participate in some of the puzzles. You will need an able bodied person with you to reach some of the items.
Toilets
No disabled toilets but you’re only in there for an hour.
Staff
Staff were amazing! Really helpful and gave us lots of hints to get through the game. Our game master, Kevin, showed us the other, more traditional escape room afterwards as well which he didn’t have to do.
