Quayside Emporium & Restaurant is the number one retail experience on Poole Quay. We house many artisans and local traders who create and sell great arts, gifts, fashion and souvenir items. We are housed in an eighteen hundreds warehouse located on the picturesque Poole Quay, Dorset and also house an in-house ice cream kiosk and quality in-house Restaurant serving great meals and Sandwiches using local produce and all hand prepared to order. Our building is fully accessible and we have fully equipped toilets, accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.

Disabled Access at Quayside Emporium & Restaurant

Our entrance is wide and accessible from pavement level. The ground floor houses the main shop area, payment desk, the restaurant and seating area and the ice cream kiosk. There is a platform lift in the right corner of the front downstairs area which takes your to level 1 which houses more of the shop area and level 2 which houses all of the toilets. Level 1 and level 2 is separated by 3 steps but the lift does access both levels. All paths and routes around the store are wide enough for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Personal assistance can be provided on request.

There is a council run multi-storey car park available 0.1 mile away behind our warehouse. There is plenty of disabled access parking spaces available whilst the car park entrance/exit is linked to pavement level and all levels of the car park is accessed by a lift at either end of the car park.

The accessible toilet is found on Level 2 and can be accessed by the lift. The toilet is accessed using a radar key and has an alarm chord and a moveable hand rail for access to the toilet.
