Medium sized car park nearby with plenty of Blue Badge spaces. Step free route from there to the barbers.

Level access front door. Plenty of space. There is a sofa to sit to wait if needed.

Friendly and professional, and non-patronising. Botan was great, answering all my questions before I made the booking, letting me know when would be quieter times, asking if I needed rest breaks, talking through all the options clearly, letting me and my PA know where she would need to hold my head, and generally making the process easy and relaxed.
