    Peaceful outdoors

A cozy little place to spend some time relaxing, which can be useful if you're visiting the nearby NHS Urgent Care Centre at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Folkestone. Radnor Park Pond is peaceful. It is near Radnor Park, a bowls green, a dog park, and the NHS Urgent Care Centre so you're likely to hear some noise of various kinds. You can fish here with the appropriate licence. There are fish in the lake, and ducks like to spend time here. This pond has a flat and fairly wide path around the outside, so it isn't hard to walk around the pond. There is a very small metal barrier a couple inches off the ground before the edge of the pond, so children and those with balance problems should be careful. There are benches around the pond. There is also a sheltered section off the path. The paths leading up to the pond is uneven and narrow. There are usually cars parked on the path.
