Ambience of Japan at the expense of access

I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment and accessing toilets.

Ambience of a Japanese alley restaurant at the expense of access. Really disappointed with the disabled access in this restaurant. The food was amazing as was the service, however despite being a new build and having a modern wheelchair lift there were several access issues. All the tables except one are on ledges that can't be accessed by wheelchair, and some of the chairs feel unstable (not good for my friend with muscle weakness, had to swap chairs) biggest issue was the accessible toilet cord was tied to the ceiling 😫 I tried to untie it but I couldn't reach and was unable to warn staff on the way out.
