Good
Handy little hotel for a quick coffee break. We were very disappointed with the hotel itself, it needs a bit of love and care nowadays, and felt it more of a Lower standard of a hotel, rough and ready. We do have a number of photos for you though, so if on a budget, you may wish to have an overnight stay here. (Bear in mind the Cotswolds is a very expensive area) To find it’s private car park, coming of High Street, turn at the island on the A44 Evesham sign, or Brown sign for Batsford Arboretum, and take first right a few feet afterwards and drive along narrow street to their own car park. Life seems slow to start in the town, not a lot happening before 10.30am, so don’t be in a rush. Coffee will not be ready before then, anywhere.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
If in their own car park, then it’s a level approach to the rear of the hotel, but not many spaces, and used for overnight guests, but it’s easy enough to get into the hotel, with a ramp to get you down a small slope, but you need help to open doors. If parking along High Street, then for coffee breaks, it’s the smaller of the front doors you need to enter. You will manage to get around inside, and there are spots to place your wheelchair around the bar area. Disabled bedrooms are generally along a line of bungalows at rear of hotel. The room is smallish, but a reasonable wet room is available, and the room has small cupboards and wardrobe for you. Unfortunately, we felt the room smelt, and would not recommended a stay here, we were glad to move in rather quickly.

Parking along High Street is difficult, try to be near Redesdale Hall and its main car park, or try to get to the hotels own car park.
