Excellent
Loved our little jaunt to Regent's Park - admittedly we were very happy with the weather though! Brilliant to meander and stroll - level access throughout - mini bridges included. Place to see some cool birds - including very tame herons! hanging about. We didn't use the loos but accessible loos signposted and displayed on the map. A great retreat from busy London life!
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Really good! As we approached the entrance gates I wondered if there would be steps - but nope it was step free. The paths were tarmaced and kept clean and without obstructions. There were bridges to cross over to the other parts of the park and although they were sloped they were all step free. There are benches and places to sit throughout the park. Plus there is no skating or cycling which makes the experience even better as you're not having to look over your shoulder the whole time.
Parking & Transport
Good
We'd been nearby on Baker Street and hadn't realised how close Regent's Park was. There's lots of bus stops nearby and there was disabled parking signposted on the map of the area.
Accessible Toilets
0Didn't use the accessible loos but did see signs to them.
Staff
0Didn't come across any staff.
Additional Information
It's located close to several major tourist attractions including Madame Tussards and London Zoo (which actually backs on to the park) so would be a great place to have a picnic in the sun after visiting either of those!
