Excellent
This RHS garden has plenty of space to get around and good access, although there are some long hills. There is a mobility vehicle to take you to the hilltop garden which is suitable for wheelchairs. It is possible to use the cafe and visit the gift shop without paying to go into the grounds.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
We used the mobility vehicle to reach the hilltop garden and it was well worth it. There are many paths to get around, some concrete, others hard surfaces and one which we did not venture down was made of wood chippings. There are quite a few long slopes and some are a bit steep but it is possible to see most of the grounds if you have someone to help with a wheelchair. Wheelchair users are able to bring an attendant in for free. Everywhere is well signposted and there are maps available.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There is plenty of parking here but because of the scale of the place you will still have to walk about 30 yards to the entrance. I don't know if buses come into the grounds but the driveway when you enter is about half a mile long.

There are disabled toilets at the top of the garden and by the cafe near the entrance.

Peter the volunteer who drove the mobility vehicle was very helpful and friendly.
Additional Information
The gift shop is very large and easy to get round although prices are steep. The cafe is also easily accessible and on a warm day you can sit outside as there are plenty of tables and chairs. The gardens are beautiful and well worth a visit.
