Really good station. You can change for other destinations, it's also next to the Metro link station.

It's all on one level. There's staff if you need them.
Accessible facilities: Single-level venue, Step-free entrance, Seating at regular intervals, Step-free access to most areas

I travelled to this place by bus
I can't really comment on parking or drop off etc as I always arrive via the bus.
Accessible Toilets
Good
I popped a label on the pull cord and got them to lower it. Someone had tied a knot in it tut tut tut. Staff were quick off the mark as soon as a mentioned it, I will be keeping an eye on it as I go through at least once a week.

Staff were out and sorting it out as soon as I mentioned it. They also got the hand dryer working. It had been switched off at the mains.

Hi, Twisty. Beard. This is an excellent review of a transport hub. Thank you also for placing a red-cord card on the emergency cord in the accessible toilet. This makes the toilet safer for everyone and it is always good to mention it to venue staff so that they are aware of the cord being tied up if you feel comfortable to do so. Keep up the great work.
