The venue is an old building and unfortunately access in to the venue and around the venue is not great. They do have a stair lift to get you from the entrance to the main floor which is up a flight of stairs. Alternatively, if you are to manage a few steps they do allow you to enter at the rear staff entrance which takes you directly to the main floor. Unfortunately there is no accessible toilet which is down a a few steps. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help and they also keep an eye on you during the concert. The venue has made the best they could with the building they have and are always looking to improve disabled access. Unfortunately wheelchair users are going to struggle at this venue.
