    Really disappointing stay

    I will often go to a Premier Inn as, in my experience, their accessible rooms are usually really good. However, this visit left me really disappointed. The main entrance had a really heavy door with no buttons or automatic sensors at all. The lifts were very small and I found my “accessible” room was also very small. I have a small, narrow, manual wheelchair, and yet I found myself getting caught in the space at the end of the bed because it was too narrow to pass through comfortably. The bathroom was well laid out and I had a roll-in shower, which was great. However, the shower seat was covered in mould/mildew which was not nice at all. I wouldn’t recommend this Premier Inn to wheelchair users, especially if you’re travelling solo.
