Sleeping up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms, the property is all on one level, enabling the family to be together. The most accessible bedroom has a hi-lo profiling bed with drop-down padded side rails, an ensuite wetroom with roll-in shower, height adjustable sink, and bidet toilet (Closomat) with wall-mounted drop-down rails on either side. There are H-track ceiling hoists covering the accessible bedroom and wetroom, enabling safe transfers to and from anywhere within those rooms. The property has lovely private gardens, with great views across the Golden Valley, and a wonderful purpose-built garden room housing a 3-seater hot tub with a ceiling hoist. The garden is step-free, and also has a wheelchair-accessible games room with a mini pool table, colouring / art station, and a range of indoor & outdoor games and toys. Rosedale offers the privacy, peace, and tranquillity of a rural location, while being under half a mile stroll to a well-stocked village shop, café, bistro, and a bar / restaurant.
