Our throwaway culture provides us with interesting materials with which to be creative. Using textile and weaving techniques, artist Fiona Hutchison will explore found, pre-loved or recycled materials in a workshop to create small works of art inspired by the sea. A creative reminder that materials are precious and deserve reuse!
This event is linked to the exhibition Think Plastic: Materials and Making and is designed to be a relaxed session.
