Welded short cord at Sainsbury’s

Upon approaching the disabled access toilet, the red cord was visibly short and tied up. Furthermore, the knots were extremely small and tight, and welded together (as if someone ran a lighter over the knots to make sure they hold). It took me a good 7-8 minutes with a small penknife to untie it. However, even after untying, the cord remained short, at about 40-ish cm off the ground. This particular Sainsbury’s is generally very good on other disabled access fronts, so this blatant disregard in the bathroom seems shocking to me!
