Savoy Theatre ✅ Toilet itself was clean, aesthetic is cool (door and the emergency cord sign being themed to the show is a nice touch) ❓ Unsure if scooter would fit (can't remember if I tried on a previous visit), as the toilet is behind a staircase and would be hard to reverse out of. ❌ They had 2 signs about emergency cords, yet someone had attached an EG card to their tangled cord already. I untangled it. Door is HEAVY and needed help. Toilet is situated by the stairs leading to the women's loos - queues get confusing. General access gripe - I waited 8 months for an "access" seat (less stairs, wheelchair seating is practically impossible and I wouldn't want to take that one space away from a non-ambulatory wheelchair-user). The step-free entry is a longer walk, so we took the "less steps" option. However this wasn't available after the show for "security" reasons. We therefore had to deal with more stairs than we anticipated, with no notice. I couldn't bring my scooter, because parking is by the merch kiosk and everybody touches. There were 2 folded wheelchairs during this visit, so would've had competition for space. I was however glad to see the wheelchairs had barriers round them - I had advised this to staff on a previous visit.
