Large park - great for dog walkers!

Good
Busy park with fountains, cafes, a palm house and lots of ducks. Used by many runners and dog walkers, its got brilliant wide paths that are all very smooth and mud-free.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Really great. Lots of wide smooth paths, no obstructions to viewing the duck pond which has lots of moorhens, mallard ducks and even the odd cormorant. There isn't a barrier between the bath and the pond though, so take care! Saw lots of seating around the park too if you need to stop and take a rest.
Parking & Transport
Good
Lots of parking around the park edges, close to main road with bus stops too. There are two accessible parking spaces immediately outside the palm house inside the park too. This isn't always open though, so check before you visit!
Accessible Toilets
0Didn't use any, but there was an accessible toilet at one of the cafe shops beside the pond.
Staff
0Didn't encounter any staff.
Additional Information
Great for a wander and close to Lark Lane where there are lots of quirky cafes and a flea market on Sundays.
