Overview
Very dissapointed with my visit to Sheringham town. I gave up trying to get to the beach. My power chair could not manage the kerbs in the town. Dropped kerbs were not opposite each other which meant travelling in the road. Very dangerous with all the cars. After three attempts to get to the beach through the town from the railway station carpark I gave up and with help from my carer I went up the road and back to the car park. Far from an ideal situation. Sheringham has lots of interesting shops but due to stepped access into many of them I could not go in them. Will not be going there again.

Access
Lots of stepped access to cafes shops etc. Very narrow footpaths. No opposite dropped kerbs. Steps to beach. Saw power chairs and mobility scooters having to traverse down the road.
