I often go to Silverknowes to go along the prom.usually you can fit the scooter at the end of the barrier down to the prom. This was the situation last Friday but today 7 days later the access point is blocked by a pile of paving slabs. I had to bump over a grassy area which wasn't too bad going down but coming up it was a bit scary and I thought I might tip over. With the festival about to start this area will get much busier so be very careful if using a scooter or wheelchair.
