No steps anywhere. Door opens outward but another customer opened it for me.

Good
Easy to find, spotlessly clean, space for carer. No changing table and I didn't notice grab rails. Used to store high chairs which is why only 4 stars.
Staff
Excellent
Very friendly. When asked how the food was I said the toast had been a bit burnt and I didn't like the dressing on the poached eggs. The supervisor offered me a free coffee which I didn't want and spoke to the kitchen staff. She told me to say I didn't want any dressing next time.
Additional Information
This has only been open for one week. It is huge and I love the way they have exposed the brickwork. The food is good quality and it is licensed. It opens till 11pm - not sure if it's 7 days a week - and last orders for food are at 10pm. Location: Whitchurch Road, near the junction with Heathfield Road. You may need to park down one of the side streets. There is another outlet in Bristol. societystandard.co.uk
