Excellent
I have never been to a venue with better, kinder, prompt, pro-active and attentive staff. It was as though I wasn't disabled.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
My wife went into the box office (1 small step) to collect tickets. Immediately a member of staff came out and lead us to a side door. He lead us in, clearing the way to our seats, at the end of a row, level with the main entrance. I transferred into my seat and my wheel chair was removed. It was brought back at the interval in case I needed the toilet. It was brought back promptly at the end so I was one of the first to exit the theatre, ahead of the crowds.

Busses stop all along Shaftesbury Av. Taxis can pull up nearby.

Excellent
Large, easily accessed well appointed toilet.

Couldn't have been better!
Additional Information
Definitely my best theatre experience and a good reason to go again. Other theatres could learn a lot from this one.
