Everything is all on one level so access is simple, they even have things prepared for when a wheelchair user is schedule for an appointment by moving the equipment around in the consultation room. I would highly recommend this optician as they made the journey so easy for me. But to make things even better, for those who cannot get into the optician whether due to disability or for another reason, they will come to you!

Additional Information
I would highly recommend Specsavers as an optician, they make the journey of getting your eyes tested so smooth even as a wheelchair user and the new service that they are offering is that if you can't make it into them, they will come to you!
