3 day break staying at the hotel

We drove. 3 disabled spaces at an angle and not really wide enough. Not enough space between each one to fully open door.

Access

Disabled access around the hotel is good. We stayed in room 001. Plenty of space to get around. The hotel had provided a seat for the shower. The toilet in ensuite had rails. But no rails for the shower. In the public area was a well equipped disabled toilet Staff very helpful. I needed to bring my scooter in to be charged. No problem at all and I was able to leave it charging securely in a meeting room

Accessible toilet with rails etc in public area. And same in room 001

Staff

Really friendly and helpful at all times.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Staff wore masks at all times. Guests encouraged to wear masks. Plenty of sanitiser around.
